You need to be generally in a good physical health (no terminally ill diseases, HIV, tuberculosis, cancer nor heart related issues). You need to have good mental health too, no mental disorders. Awakening Kundalini energy can be risky for your health if there are already underlying health issues in your body, please be mindful of that.
